Welcome to Accredited Senior Manager Examination 1. In this examination, you will be examined on the content of Module 1 of the Accredited Senior Manager Program. You will be assessed on the content of the following courses:

- Course 1: Managing for Efficiency and Effectiveness
- Course 2: Agile Management
- Course 3: Managing Stress and Conflict in the Organization

Your examination will contain 45 multiple choice questions (15 questions on each topic). You will have 55 minutes to complete the examination. To commence the examination, you will have been assigned a 'password' which you will need to enter when you start.

The pass-mark for the examination is 50%. If you pass the examination, you will be able to progress to the next examination in the series for your next module of study. Note: you can only access examinations in the series for which you have been assigned the entry password. If you are unsuccessful on your first attempt, you will be able to re-sit the examination two more times.
