COURSE OVERVIEW:
The development of a strategic plan forms a starting point for business planning, operational planning and the successful deployment of performance reporting and management across the organization.

In the dynamic global business environment, and the dramatically changing global political environment, all organizations need to be prepared to change direction, divest and invest strategically, and mobilize resources and people to combat threats and seize and realize opportunities.

This course is the second of 3 courses in the Global Strategic Planning Program and will provide you and your team with the structure, guidance and resources to develop a strategic plan which is coherent, flexible and adaptive to current and future challenges and directions. Importantly, the plan will provide the foundation for successful implementation, through balanced scorecard deployment and integrated strategic review and performance management.
